Shelley R. Meacham

 

Shelley R. Meacham received her JD degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1994. Shelley Meacham has extensive experience in both general and probate litigation, estate planning, and trust and estate administration. Today, her litigation practice encompasses trust, estate, conservatorship and guardianship litigation. An experienced trial lawyer, her representative matters include representing trustees, executors or beneficiaries of multi-million dollar trusts or estates in matters concerning administration and distribution of assets and family members protecting their elders from financial abuse. Ms. Meacham estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney for financial matters, and durable powers of attorney for health care. The principal focus of her trust and estate administration practice involves probate, post-mortem administration of living trusts, conservatorships, and beneficiary rights dispute resolution. She graduated summa cum laude from Southwestern University School of Law and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section.
